
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Auburn has won the BCS National Championship Game over Oregon in an absolute thriller, 22-19. Obviously, the Tigers hold the top spot in the final installment of the FanHouse Fab 40 for the 2010-11 season.
Here is my final AP ballot for the 2010-11 season.

The Tigers (14-0) are the champions of college football after the nail-biter of a victory over Oregon in the Tostitos BCS Championship Game. - 2. TCU (3)
The Horned Frogs (13-0) defeated Wisconsin 21-19 in the Rose Bowl. Quarterback Andy Dalton threw for 219 yards and a touchdown and also rushed for a touchdown. The Horned Frogs held on for the win as the Badgers couldn't convert a late two-point conversion. - 3. Oregon (1)
The Ducks (12-1) fall in a great game to Auburn in the Tostitos BCS Championship Game. - 4. Stanford (4)
The Cardinal (12-1) defeated Virginia Tech 40-12 in the Discover Orange Bowl. Quarterback Andrew Luck threw for 287 yards and four touchdowns. Tight end Coby Fleener had six receptions for 173 yards and three touchdowns. - 5. Ohio State (6)
The Buckeyes (12-1) defeated Arkansas 31-26 in the Allstate Sugar Bowl. A late interception by Ohio State's Solomon Thomas sealed the victory for the Buckeyes, who nearly blew a 28-7 lead. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 115 yards. - 6. Boise State (9)
The Broncos (12-1) defeated Utah 26-3 in the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl. Quarterback Kellen Moore threw for 339 yards and two touchdowns, while Doug Martin added 147 yards rushing and Austin Pettis had 12 catches for 147 yards. - 7. Oklahoma (11)
The Sooners (12-2) defeated UConn 48-20 in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Quarterback Landry Jones threw for 429 yards and three touchdowns. Wide receiver Ryan Broyles had 13 receptions for 170 yards and a touchdown. - 8. LSU (15)
The Tigers (11-2) defeated Texas A&M 41-21 in the AT&T Cotton Bowl. Stevan Ridley and Spencer Ware each rushed for more than 100 yards and quarterback Jordan Jefferson threw for 158 yards and three touchdowns. - 9. Alabama (16)
The Crimson Tide (10-3) defeated Michigan State 49-7 in the Capital One Bowl. Quarterback Greg McElroy threw for 220 yards and a touchdown and Mark Ingram added 59 yards rushing and two touchdowns. - 10. Wisconsin (5)
The Badgers (11-2) lost to TCU 21-19 in the Rose Bowl. Montee Ball rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown as the Badgers rolled up 226 yards rushing and outgained TCU 385-301. - 11. Oklahoma State (17)
The Cowboys (11-2) defeated Arizona 36-10 in the Valero Alamo Bowl. Wide receiver Justin Blackmon had nine receptions for 117 yards and two touchdowns. Quarterback Brandon Weeden threw for 240 yards and two touchdowns. - 12. Arkansas (8)
The Razorbacks (10-3) lost to Ohio State 31-26 in the Allstate Sugar Bowl. In his final game with Arkansas, quarterback Ryan Mallett threw for 277 yards and two touchdowns. However, the final pass of Mallett's Razorback career was a game-ending interception at the Buckeyes' 17. - 13. Nevada (14)
The Wolf Pack (13-1) defeated Boston College 20-13 in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl. Colin Kaepernick threw for 192 yards and a touchdown, while Vai Taua added 76 yards rushing for Nevada. The Wolf Pack tied the school record for wins and ended a four-game bowl losing streak. - 14. Michigan State (7)
The Spartans (11-2) lost to Alabama 49-7 in the Capital One Bowl. Quarterback Kirk Cousins was held to 120 yards passing and the Spartans finished with minus-48 yards rushing. - 15. Mississippi State (22)
The Bulldogs (9-4) defeated Michigan 52-14 in the Progressive Gator Bowl. Quarterback Chris Relf threw for 281 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for another score. Vick Ballard added three rushing touchdowns. - 16. Tulsa (25)
The Golden Hurricane (10-3) defeated Hawaii 62-35 in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. Tulsa senior Damaris Johnson had four receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown and rushed five times for 98 yards, including a 67-yard touchdown. - 17. Virginia Tech (10)
The Hokies (11-3) lost to Stanford 40-12 in the the Discover Orange Bowl. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor threw for 222 yards, but was under constant pressure all night and finished with just 22 yards rushing. - 18. Missouri (12)
The Tigers (10-3) lost to Iowa 27-24 in the Insight Bowl. Quarterback Blaine Gabbert threw for 434 yards and a touchdown, but also two costly interceptions in his final game before announcing he was declaring for the NFL Draft. - 19. Texas A&M (13)
The Aggies (9-4) lost to LSU 41-21 in the AT&T Cotton Bowl. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who had led Texas A&M to five consecutive victories to close the regular season, threw three interceptions. Running back Cyrus Gray had 100 yards rushing. - 20. Florida State (26)
The Seminoles (10-4) defeated South Carolina 26-17 in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. Running back Chris Thompson rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown as the Seminoles won despite losing starting quarterback Christian Ponder leaving in the second quarter with a concussion. - 21. Maryland (27)
The Terrapins (9-4) defeated East Carolina 51-20 in the Military Bowl. In Coach Ralph Friedgen's final game, the Terps pummeled the Pirates. Da'Rel Scott had 200 yards rushing on only 13 carries and D.J. Adams ran for four touchdowns. - 22. Notre Dame (28)
The Fighting Irish (8-5) defeated Miami 33-17 in the Hyundai Sun Bowl. Tommy Rees threw for 201 yards, including two touchdowns to Michael Floyd as the Irish closed the season winning seven of their last nine games. - 23. San Diego State (30)
The Aztecs (9-4) defeated Navy 35-14 in the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. Ronnie Hillman rushed for a career-high tying 228 yards and three touchdowns and Ryan Lindley threw for 276 yards and two touchdowns. - 24. N.C. State (31)
The Wolfpack (9-4) defeated West Virginia 23-7 in the Champs Sports Bowl. Quarterback Russell Wilson threw for 276 yards and two touchdowns. - 25. Central Florida (32)
The Knights (11-3) defeated Georgia 10-6 in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl. Latavius Murray rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown as UCF capped off its best season in school history by winning nine of its final 10 games.
27. South Carolina (20). The Gamecocks (9-5) lost to Florida State 26-17 in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
28. Air Force (34). The Falcons (9-4) defeated Georgia Tech 14-7 in the AdvoCare 100 Independence Bowl.
29. USC (36). The Trojans (8-5) finished tied for third in the Pac-10, but were on probation and were not bowl eligible.
30. Iowa (37). The Hawkeyes (8-5) defeated Missouri 27-24 in the Insight Bowl.
31. Northern Illinois (39). The Huskies (11-3) defeated Fresno State 40-17 in the uDrove Humanitarian Bowl.
32. Florida (NR). The Gators (8-5) defeated Penn State 37-24 in the Outback Bowl.
33. Illinois (NR). The Illini (7-6) defeated Baylor 38-14 in the Texas Bowl.
34. Hawaii (19). The Warriors (10-4) lost to Tulsa 62-35 in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl.
35. North Carolina (NR). The Tar Heels (8-5) defeated Tennessee 30-27 in the Music City Bowl.
36. Texas Tech (NR). The Red Raiders (8-5) defeated Northwestern 45-38 in TicketCity Bowl.
37. Navy (21). The Midshipmen (9-4) lost to San Diego State 35-14 in San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl.
38. West Virginia (23). The Mountaineers (9-4) lost to N.C. State 23-7 in the Champs Sports Bowl.
39. Washington (NR). The Huskies (7-6) defeated Nebraska 19-7 in the Bridgeport Education Holiday Bowl.
40. Utah (NR). The Utes (10-3) lost to Boise State in the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl.
