Cops in Colorado say a pantless 52-year-old exposed his genitals to an employee at a Burger King and asked her if she would hold his "whopper."
Longmont Police say Richard Troupe was driving drunk when he pulled up to the fast-food eatery and pulled down his pants at around 3:30 a.m.on Jan. 4, according to KDVR.com.
But the Burger King employee refused to have it his way -- so she threatened to call police.
Troupe allegedly drove away, but the fast-thinking worker was able to take down a license plate number and a description of the suspect's vehicle.
Police were able to trace Troupe's license plates and apprehend him nearby, according to TimesCall.com.
The suspect -- who had reportedly been banned from a nearby restaurant for slapping a server on the buttocks on Nov. 23 -- was charged with drunken driving and indecent exposure.
