Boxing prospect Eddie Burke, whose father by the same name is a well-known radio show host in Alaska, came to Hollywood, Calif., to pursue his dream of becoming a world champion.

The fighter, however, recounts a December experience while living in a rundown apartment building where he witnessed police storming his building as a neighbor suspected of murdering famed publicist Ronni Chasen took his own life.

FanHouse caught up to the Burkes at their -- Crown World Sports in Oxnard, Calif., where WBC middleweight (160 pounds) champion, Sergio Martinez (pitcuret at right), trains 70 miles from Hollywood.
