ZWIESEL, Germany (AP) -- World Cup champion Lindsey Vonn says she sustained a concussion in a crash during practice and is still not sure whether she will compete in the final two races before the world championships.Vonn tells The Associated Press she will have a medical check Friday morning before deciding whether to race in a World Cup slalom race. A giant slalom is scheduled for Saturday.
The American hit her head in a crash on Wednesday while practicing the giant slalom in Austria and said she was "sore" and had a "concussion."
Vonn will defend her super-G and downhill titles at the world championships beginning Feb. 8 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
