Obama Speaks on Hosni Mubarak's Resignation [LIVE VIDEO]

Cairo's Tahrir Square rumbled with excitement today over news that President Hosni Mubarak, the man who ruled Egypt with an iron fist for decades, finally bowed to anti-government protesters' demands and relinquished power.

President Barack Obama, who had been angry over the 82-year-old leader's refusal to lay out a clear and speedy path for democratic reform, is scheduled to speak about the situation in Egypt at 3 p.m. EST.
