O.J. Simpson Reportedly Beaten Badly in Prison Fight
O.J. Simpson spent three weeks in a prison infirmary due to injuries suffered when Simpson was beaten unconscious in a prison attack, according to a report.
According to the National Enquirer, Simpson drew the ire of white supremacists at Nevada's Lovelock Correctional Center after bragging about his sexual past with white women.
"Unfortunately for O.J., a group of young skinhead punks were within earshot -- and they were enraged," Simpson's former business partner Bruce Fromong told the paper.
As a result, a "muscular young skinhead" reportedly attacked Simpson, kicking and punching him while inmates cheered. According to the Enquirer, the prison was embarrassed that its high-profile inmate was left unprotected, prompting them to keep the attack quiet. Simpson is now reportedly afraid to leave his cell.
The 63-year-old is serving nine years for his role in an armed robbery in a Las Vegas casino in 2007.
