Pizza Diet -- and Alert Domino's Driver -- Save Memphis Woman, 82
Domino's delivery driver Susan Guy told Memphis' WMC-TV that Jean Wilson, 82, had placed the order every day for the past three years. But on Monday, when Guy discovered that her most consistent customer hadn't called in three days, she drove to Wilson's house to check on her.
After banging on the doors and windows and getting no response, Guy called 911. Wilson had fallen on Saturday and couldn't get up or reach a phone. She was taken to a hospital, where she was listed as being in non-critical condition on Monday night.
On NBC's "Today" show this morning, Guy said her own mother had cancer and had twice fallen and spent hours on the floor. That's why she was especially concerned for Wilson, she said, according to The Associated Press.
