Investigators with the Pasco Sheriff's Office in Port Richey, Fla., say Jack Snyder celebrated his 64th birthday Monday by dropping his pants and shaking his genitals at a school bus loaded with elementary school students.
Snyder allegedly flashed the Chasco Elementary bus as students headed home from school, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
A grandmother first tipped off authorities, saying she saw the suspect's nude posterior from her car. Later that afternoon, parents started calling the Pasco Sheriff's Office and informing officials that their kids had seen a naked man.
Snyder -- who, according to authorities, considered his flashing "funny" -- was charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, according to the paper.
