A school bus driver in Florida was arrested for allegedly mixing the classic kids tunes "99 Bottles of Beer" and "The Wheels on the Bus."

Police in Lee County say they cuffed 46-year-old Lane Tripp for drunken driving while she headed to work on April 15.

A bus driver with the Lee County School District is under arrest after an alert off duty Lee County sheriff's deputy spotted her weaving on the road in her personal vehicle. Turns out the driver of that vehicle, Lane Tripp, was on her way to the Lee County bus barn on North Leonard Avenue in Lehigh Acres to report for work. (Lee County Sheriff's Office)

Deputies say Lane Tripp's blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit when she was pulled over -- just before her afternoon shift as a school bus driver.
An off-duty sheriff's deputy reportedly saw Tripp's car swerving through traffic, so the cop tipped off uniformed police, WTSP reports.

Officers said they tailed the suspect until she parked her car at the Lee County school bus depot, where she was scheduled to work that afternoon as a driver.

During a field sobriety test, Tripp reportedly struggled to keep her balance.

According to deputies, the suspect -- who had bloodshot eyes and reeked of alcohol -- failed multiple Breathalyzer tests with blood-alcohol levels measured at 0.252 and 0.245. Florida's legal limit is 0.08.

Tripp has been charged with driving under the influence.
