The 19-year-old was arraigned for allegedly having sexual contact with a 13-year-old at his apartment in Cedar Springs, Mich., about two weeks before Christmas.

Jason James Hughes faces charges related to allegedly having sex with a 13 year old.
In addition to the devil horns above his eyebrows, Hughes also sports a tattoo of a blood-splattered meat cleaver on his neck.
"He was known to us before this incident," said Cedar Springs Police Chief Roger Parent. The suspect has previously been cited for disorderly conduct and possessing or consuming alcohol as a minor.
In a small town of 3,200 residents, the incident has sparked a lot of concern.
"Like any city, we have our share of cases like this," Parent said. 'We make them known in the interest of discouraging anyone from having improper sexual relations with a minor."
Hughes faces third-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in addition to a charge of possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor. According to police, he denied all charges. He's been released on $5,000 bail and will face trial in Grand Rapids.
A call to Hughes' home was not returned.
