Hospira rose $.40 or 1.3 percent, to $32.38.
Johnson & Johnson fell $.59 or .9 percent, to $62.51.
Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.05 or .1 percent, to $41.11.
Merck fell $.05 or .1 percent, to $37.55.
Pfizer fell $.01 or percent, to $22.13.
