(Nov. 19) -- Thousands of Medicare recipients in Pennsylvania and beyond may be at risk for identity theft after an insurance company mailed postcards that included the recipients' names and Social Security numbers, WGAL reported.
The mailer was sent by the Universal American Action Network, an insurance company subsidiary, to approximately 80,000 people.

"I was really, really mad," Frank Ember, of Elizabethtown, Pa., told the television station.
The company said it fired the mailing vendor and is offering free credit monitoring for a year to those affected.
