Police say Marion Barry, the former mayor of Washington, D.C., who served time after getting caught smoking crack in a 1990 FBI sting, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. The D.C. Council member got arrested in the nation\'s capital Saturday after a woman flagged down an officer and said Barry was stalking her. He has been released.
