Texas authorities say Donald Coffey Jr., a 7-year-old boy who was allegedly shot in the head Thursday by a couple who thought he was trespassing on their property, died from his injuries Saturday. Gayle Muhs and his wife, Sheila, are charged with second-degree felony counts of aggravated assault in the fatal attack.
