Just because basketball legend Bob Knight finally said "Kentucky" during the tail end of March Madness, that doesn't mean he won't go out of his way to bash the school, its fans and the NCAA's "one-and-done" rule that has allowed some of the teams stars to jump directly from their freshman seasons directly to the NBA.

Divided between the two districts, Alachua County and Gainesville - the most populous area in the region besides Jacksonville - will have no representation on the 12-member committee.
It was not for a lack of trying.
Alachua County Commissioner Lee Pinkoson; Gainesville Regional Utilities' Tony Cunningham, a senior environmental engineer with the utility; and Bob Knight, the director of the Howard T. Odum Florida Springs Institute, each applied.
"To be as informed as possible, it would have been nice to have been selected," Pinkoson said.
