(July 29) -- On Wednesday, a federal judge blocked parts of Arizona's new anti-immigration law. On Thursday, the rest of it went into effect. And while the court ruling against the law is being hailed as a victory for the Obama administration, the law is still very popular with Arizonans and the public at large....
