As soon as he walked into the Vanguard High School gym for last week's alumni basketball game, Daunte Culpepper smiled.
The three-sport standout for the Knights, who earned All-Pro honors in the NFL at quarterback with the Minnesota Vikings, was thrilled to be back where it all started.
"This is home and it was great to be able to see so many old friends," Culpepper said.
The memories are numerous for Culpepper, who took Ocala and Vanguard on a magical run in 1994.
