Former Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding is selling a book, called "The Tonya Tapes" in which she offers, for the first time, an account of why she didn't go to the authorities in 1994 when her rival Nancy Kerrigan was injured in an attack orchestrated by her husband, Jeff Gillooly.
