Meredith Vieira joked that she "proceeded to vomit" after she heard about Matt Lauer's reported $25 million salary at NBC News. Lauer recently announced that he signed a new multi-year deal to stay on "Today," ending speculation about whether he would leave when his contract expires at the end of the year.
