Sonny Dykes (born November 9, 1969) is an American football coach and former college baseball player. He is currently the head football coach at Louisiana Tech University, a position he has held since 2010. Dykes was named 2011 WAC Coach of the Year for leading Louisiana Tech to the 2011 WAC title and an appearance in the 2011 Poinsettia Bowl.
