Sylvester Croom, Jr. (born September 25, 1954) is an American football coach. He is currently the running backs coach for the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars He was the head coach at Mississippi State University from 2004 to 2008, and the first African American head football coach in the Southeastern Conference.
