According this New Jersey Star Ledger blog entry, the Giants were unhappy with the manner that the Texans matched the Giants offer for restricted free agent fullback Vonta Leach. Apparently, the final offer the Texans gave Leach did not exactly match the Giant's offer and changed some language in a few incentive clauses....
