This Ukrainian feast, held last week in the Transcarpathian village of Gecha, celebrates various pork delicacies. And in those parts, they make blood pudding the traditional way – by inflating the pig's intestines.
It's been said that it's easier to enjoy sausages if you don't know how they are made. People in Washington say the same is true for laws – and all the backroom dealing that goes on in politics.
Now you know the same can be said for blood pudding, at least in Gecha.
